Kate Fearnley Launches an Exclusive Bridesmaid Range

Kate Fearnley is one of this region’s most celebrated fashion designers, she has been awarded  Cosmopolitan Young Fashion Entrepreneur of the Year which has secured many celebrities following and buying her dresses for red carpet events. Some of these celebrities include Cheryl Cole, Sarah Harding, The Hollyokes cast, The Saturdays and Katie Price who hired Kate to design unique bridesmaid dresses for her marriage to Alex Reid.

Kate, as usual was running late this morning, we got the studio set up and models started with hair and makeup before Kate arrived at 10.00am. The team had already been briefed on the type of look and feel Kate wanted to complement the range. Soft, neutral tones were used in fitting with the overall wedding ambience.

Ella was the first model to arrive. Ella has recently become the face of Miss Selfridge Petit Range and the team are always over the moon to work with such a talented, hard working model. Joanne was the second model who has recently appeared on ITVS “Take Me Out” with Paddy McGuinness wearing four of Kate’s dresses. The third model was our very talented makeup artist Natalie who has now modelled for Kate on a number of occasions appearing in many press releases.

The images from today’s shoot will appear on Kate’s website but will be used to launch her bridesmaid collection which is a new venture for Kate.

There’s been an excellent take up and we have appointment after appointment booked in for consultations. The collection will be showcased at Pure, (London’s UK’s leading fashion trade event) next month but won’t be in the shops until March.
